Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

If more than 14 days have passed since the delivery date, we regret that we cannot offer a return or exchange.
