This highlighter has a soft, velvety texture, with a blendable, skin-fusing formula that is available in two different finishes: matte and shimmery.
What else you need to know:
Artist Highlighter comes in an eco-conceived packaging: the pan can be removed to be placed in an empty palette. It’s a mono material packaging, and made from 100% recycled material.
