Products must be returned in their original packaging condition, undamaged and unopened within a maximum of 14 days from purchase date.

Our return and exchange policy lasts 14 days after product delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, no exchange can be done.

After returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the return and exchange approval or rejection.
Your refund will be processed in gift voucher on theglamedition.com.

If you are returning a gift that you received and do not want the refund to go to the purchaser account, please call +961-71-966 366 or send an email to info@theglamedition.com to set-up the gift return under your account.

Typically, orders arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order is being shipped, you will be notified by email. However, you may experience a delay in shipping during peak periods.
