I forgot my password, how do I log in?

  • On the “Login page”, click on “Forgot your password?”
  • Type your email address and then click on “Send Email”
  • You will receive a password-reset email in order to retrieve a new password for more security reasons


How do I order online?

  • Select the products you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart
  • Access your account
  • Click on your shopping cart to proceed with the address, shipping service and entering the payment information


How do I add items to my cart?

  • Choose the product you want, select your preferred color or shade and click the "Add To Cart" icon
  • Click the "Shopping Cart" icon at the top right to see the products you have selected


How do I add an item to my wish list?
Choose your desired product and click on the “Add to wish list” icon.

How do I remove items from my cart?
Click on the “Shopping cart” icon on the top right of your page, and then click on the delete symbol to remove the selected item.

Which countries does THE GLAM EDITION ship to?
THE GLAM EDITION products are delivered only within Lebanon.

How will I know that THE GLAM EDITION received my order?

Once you place your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
 
When will I receive my delivery?

  • Your card has expired
  • Your Bank declined your transaction for various reasons unknown to us

How can I get a Gift card?
Gift cards can only be sold on THE GLAM EDITION's site.

Does my Gift card expire?
Gift cards do not have an expiry date.

Where can I use my Gift card?
Prepaid Gift cards can be used to purchase existing products on THE GLAM EDITION's site.

Do I have to activate my Gift card?
Your Gift card will be automatically activated once you receive it.

How long will it take for my Gift card to arrive?
You may collect your Gift cards within 24 hours.

How can I check the balance remaining on my Gift card?
You can check the available balance online from "My account" at theglamedition.com or contact our customer service.

Is it possible to return a Gift card?
Gift cards may not be returned or exchanged and are not redeemable for cash.

Will the value of a Gift card be replaced if it’s defected?
In such case, the value could be replaced but you have to contact immediately our customer service.
