Purpose of the loyalty program
This loyalty program allows THE GLAM EDITION loyalty card holders to accumulate points on purchases made online at THE GLAM EDITION's website, providing them various offers and promotions. As part of the loyalty program, THE GLAM EDITION offers two cards: White card and Black card.
How to join the loyalty program?
- A customer who subscribes to the loyalty program will be issued a card number which can be used to earn points on the same loyalty account.
- To apply for the loyalty program the customer will need to register online. A loyalty account will be created in the customer's name to record points to be earned or redeemed by him. Also, the customer is responsible for all activity on his account, so it is preferable to keep the login and password confidential.
- The loyalty card is open to any person aged 18 or over.
How to earn and redeem points?
- The customer can immediately earn points when products are purchased online on THE GLAM EDITION website and can be used to benefit from various offers.
- The customer cannot redeem or exchange his points for cash. Also, loyalty cards are personal to each card holder and cannot be transferred or used by someone else.
Loyalty cards conditions:
The White card is freely available to anyone upon request when making a purchase from THE GLAM EDITION website. In order to obtain this card, customers must complete an online registration form and their card will be activated after twenty four (24) hours.
The Black card is acquired once the White card holder accumulates two thousand (2000) points. In this event, the Black card will automatically replace the White card and will be sent to the customer's email address.
Personal information and data
As part of the loyalty program subscription, THE GLAM EDITION will collect personal data about the subscribers. This information will be used by THE GLAM EDITION, in order to:
- Keep track of the customer’s purchase record and allocate points
- Marketing purposes such as informing the customer about promotions, news and brand offerings
All information disclosed by a customer must be complete, readable and updated to benefit from the loyalty program. Information must be kept up to date by visiting the website theglamedition.com.
If a customer wishes to access, alter or delete any data related to him, he may do so by visiting theglamedition.com. Customers who require THE GLAM EDITION to cease their data from THE GLAM EDITION's database must surrender their loyalty card and will lose all points accumulated.
Benefits of the Loyalty Program
- Benefits for a White card holder
The White card allows its holder to earn and accumulate points while purchasing products online from THE GLAM EDITION site. One point will accumulate for every one (1) USD spent on purchases.
Each time the white card holder accumulates four hundred (400) points; he will automatically receive a new redeemable voucher. The customer may redeem the voucher against one (1) gift from a selection made by THE GLAM EDITION. The gift selection is subject to stock availability.
- Benefits for a Black card holder
White card holders will receive by mail their Black card. Each time the customer accumulates four hundred (400) points; he will automatically receive a new redeemable voucher. The gift selection is subject to stock availability.
In addition, every time the loyal customer reaches a threshold of two thousand (2000) points, he will automatically receive a voucher by email allowing him to redeem these points with a 50$ reward.

Loyalty cards requirements:
- The number of points accumulated on a loyalty card can be checked by the loyalty card holder at theglamedition.com or by contacting our support team.
- Benefits offered to a loyalty card holder may vary depending on the information supplied by him.
- Each customer shall subscribe to one single loyalty program.
- THE GLAM EDITION is not responsible for the non-receipt of a loyalty card or an offer or promotion due to outdated or incorrect information. Also, in no event may any voucher be transferred or exchanged against cash.
- During sales and promotions, points could be accumulated but not redeemed on discounted merchandise.
THE GLAM EDITION’s rights
- THE GLAM EDITION reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the loyalty program and terms and conditions for any reason at any time. If THE GLAM EDITION decides to do so, all customers will be informed by means of the contact information supplied by them. The customer will then have thirty (30) days to redeem any benefits otherwise the accumulated points will be lost. Additionally, the customer will have no legal recourse against THE GLAM EDITION and will not be permitted to any compensation in the event of alteration or termination of the loyalty program.
- THE GLAM EDITION reserves the right to suspend or to permanently disable a loyalty card and its benefits by notifying the customer in case he abuses it or otherwise harms THE GLAM EDITION.
- If the customer does not use his loyalty card for a twelve (12) month consecutive period, or if he has engaged in fraudulent or failed to comply with these terms and conditions, the loyalty card will be deactivated and the accumulated points will be lost. All loyalty cards remain the property of THE GLAM EDITION and must be returned upon request.
- THE GLAM EDITION is not responsible for any, direct or indirect, consequences or problems related to the loyalty program. If a customer loses his loyalty card, or it has been stolen, he must inform our customer service as soon as possible. THE GLAM EDITION will do its best to ensure that the customer can benefit from its accumulated points in case of malfunction of the loyalty program.
